Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation for your appointment.  

Appointments cancelled in under 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service you booked, which can be applied to your next appointment booked within 2 weeks.  

Same Day Cancellations and No Shows will be a 100% charge of services.  

As a courtesy, we offer text message and email confirmations for your appointments which come 2-5 days before your scheduled appointment.  

Without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss out on a service.
