Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation for your appointment.  

Appointments cancelled in under 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service you booked, which can be applied to your next appointment booked within 2 weeks.  

Same Day Cancellations and No Shows will be a 100% charge of services.  As a courtesy, we offer text message and email confirmations for your appointments which come 2-5 days before your scheduled appointment.  

Without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss out on a service.
